Let us understand the complete method of doing Vipassana Meditation.

 STEP 1

Sit on the ground or a bed, with your eyes closed, legs crossed, hands on your knees or lap.

  STEP 2

Focus on your incoming and outgoing breath. Practice this for five minutes.

STEP 3

When your concentration is stable, start doing Vipassana by focusing on every part of the body one by one.
